Prices start from just £150
per week for the whole family (that's for the apartment
not per person!).
The apartment accommodates a family
of four comfortably (but, there is a sofa/bed to stretch
to five if necessary). All inclusive costs per
week are shown below - prices are for the apartment,
NOT per individual. Special
rates are available for long term lets -
please use our Email
feedback form to request details.
For your additional convenience,
we operate a flexible booking system, i.e. if you
can get a cheaper flight midweek, and this does
not conflict with another booking - that's fine.
Should you require additional days over and above
the seven day period - that's also fine, but
will be charged on a pro-rata basis (subject to availability).

What's included in the costs?
Weekly charges include cleaning and
fresh bed linen/towels prior to your arrival.
Also included in the rental
is a complimentary welcome pack, which includes
essential groceries to keep you nourished until the
Supermarkets open again. Additional cleaning
arrangements can be made upon request, however you
may wish to note that a washing machine is provided
in the apartment (at no extra cost) for your convenience
during your stay.
N.B. We rely on your
integrity to ensure that any breakages or damages
which may occur during your stay, are rectified prior
to your departure, or regretably an additional charge
may have to be levied against you.

N.B. Car
hire in Spain is much cheaper than the UK.
Subject to seasonal change, charges are about £90
per week for a Renault Clio type car (a full tank
of fuel is charged extra - but make sure it is
EMPTY upon return)!
